Hi guys, I need some fitness advice! I used to be a fitness freak, but im now a little fatter and lazier than the old me! This is mainly due to lack of time and effort

Anyway, as the clocks change this weekend, the yearly yard winter plan comes into force which means I do the horses on a Monday and Thursday morning and every other Friday. This leaves all my evenings free :O) My OH does Taekwondo so he trains Monday and Wednesdays till 9.30pm and is taking on a 3rd evening of flexibility. So, I basically have lots of evening time to do as I please :D

I work for a university so can get a full membership for all of their facilities, classes etc for only £15 a month. The sports centre on my campus is literally across the road, so no excuses not too go!
I prefer classes to pounding the treadmill and did a course of Zumba classes earlier this year (2 a week) and loved it!

So looking at the timetable I can do the following:

Monday - Zumba
Tuesday - Zumba tone
Wednesday - Yoga or Body blitz
Thursday Zumba
Friday - Pilates

Is this too much zumba a week do you think? Ill obviously build up to this amount of exercise and the zumba tone will be a different class to regular zumba id imagine?

Just a question really. I did love zumba! How many classes/gym sessions do you get in in a week?

Thanks

When I am not failing at it all, I like to do running once a week, gym 2-3 times and zumba once. Wanting to start pilates but I only go to the gym so much as my partner weight trains so it's convenient to fit in with time schedules. See how you go but maybe replace one of the zumbas for a short jog to help cardio.
