Royal Mail are still experiencing delays throughout their network due to the adverse weather conditions before Christmas and the large volume of mail still to be processed.
These delays are affecting all parts of the country.
Our complaints have been raised with senior executives within Royal Mail and we have been assured contingency plans are in place, including extra resource and additional deliveries, however it is unclear how long it will take for them to clear the backlog.
