Here at Horse & Hound we are always interested in finding out more about how you feel about Horse & Hound and its online services. To this end we would be grateful if you would complete our online survey by 30 November 2012.

As a thank you the first four names selected at random will each receive a £50 John Lewis voucher.

Done but why can't / isn't there be a 'back' button? very annoying

Also there should be a n/a or 'none of the above' option on some of the questions

Ye Gods, that's a survey and a half. Done, but I've seen better surveys; I wouldn't depend on the answers to the second half of the questions being as well thought through as the answers to the first half!

Agree entirely - would have liked a comment box as well to explain my choices, the survey prompted quite some thought about H&H and I would have liked to have passed those thoughts on verbally, rather than just tick box!

Dissapointing tick box survey - no scope for qualifying questions and answers - i.e. why I used to subscribe to H&H and no longer do........!

Me too. There were the same set responses to all questions, which didn't apply to many of my answers so I left blanks to a lot of questions. H&H could have learned so much more from this survey if they planned it a little more.
