Had a look at the Amigo which might do the job but any other recommendations/what to avoid?

i think preimer equine rugs are great they dont rub my mare and are a fantastic fit.

Definately Premier Equine - their rugs are super, and amazing value for money!! Both mine have the 450g turnout and the 450g stable. Bloss has had her turnout for 3 winters now and it still comes up as good as new.

the premier equine heavy weight is just the best rug i have ever had. lovely fit, very warm, doesnt move......perfect!

amigo, or think you can get rhino heavy with neck for £110- blue check one.
dont knowe about PE ones, but wouldnt go for something like masta or weathebeeta, imo theyre not great.
