Out hacking with my friend today when we came across a loose horse on the bridleway! Both jumped off ours, shouting loose horse at the top of our voices and went to yard nearby encouraging horse to come too. Bloke at yard completely uninterested, leaving us to sort the problem out! Lady walking her dogs joined in the action and helped us! So there we are leading our horses whilst trying to capture the horse in a field, stable or wherever, not knowing who it belongs to or where it was supposed to be. And did we get a thank you? NO! Just hope that whoever owns it realises it is possibly in the wrong field due to people helping, not interfering....
