Hacking in Pembrokeshire

I have a new mare arriving this weekend who hasnt been ridden for 4 years so is pretty unfit!! Anyone got any good long hack route suggestions to build up her stamina? Near Haverfordwest would be ideal.

I only know the north of the county, but when we moved to the area, found that Pembrokeshire Bridleways and Byways Association were very helpful. They had a sponsored ride all around the St Davids peninsular taking in the old airfield and the cathedral.

Canaston Woods is nice and not far from H'west. There's also some nice routes around Gelli and Llawhaden. There's a brill app called View Ranger which gives access to maps and shows bridleways. Pembs Bridleways are doing a ride around Llysyfran dam on 25th of this month and that's always a nice one.
