Hacking Jackets for the smaller rotund person !

I have a problem with hacking jackets they are either too big on the shoulders and too long in the body. They never seem to look smart or lay right is my only hope to have one made for my not off the peg body ? Anyone else had this problem ?If so how did you solve it.

try fuller fillies.....i have this probelm...however recieved one for xmas which fits a treat!!

I managed to find an Alexander James - short body and arms version on ebay whch is a very good fit and being Alexander James, a beautiful jacket.

OH has promised me a made to measure Alexander James for my joint Christmas and BD pressie when we go shopping at HOYS this year - I am just under 5' and a size 12/14. Their size 14 is slightly big on me but plenty of movement is better than too tight.

I can then sell the one I have, probably for what I paid for it if I look after it - they keep their value really well second hand.
