Hacking out a racehorse, turn the corner and there i find.... RANT

Hacking a racehorse with another stable lad around a usually quite village and suddenly we turn the corner and there are two pitbull type dogs mauling at each other with an out of control owner trying to catch them. how the hell they got like that in the first place is beyond me

id been given the fresh racehorse the other stable lad the one that hacks like a pony, needless to say he had his eyeballs out on stalks and was crapping himself. Managed to calm him down and get past eventually but he was still very tense and a huge bus roaring past (he hates buses) didnt help either he jumped a blooming mile. But luckily by the time we reached the gallops he'd got over himself so we had a nice cruise up

i hate it when people cant control their dogs!!!

just realised that must have sounded like i didnt give a toss about the dogs!!!

yes fortunately the dogs looked like they would both be fine no blood, the owner ran the risk of getting her dogs seriously hurt not just me, the stable lad and our horses (i could imagine getting thrown off one of the other more panicky horses if that where them)
