Hi so i didnt really know where to put this post but i have a question what age is suitable to be able to go out hacking by yourself i have just turned 15 and im allowed to school, go riding on site in fields etc by myself but i was wondering when would be good to go out on Roads by myself i have a few times gone out to meet friends but they were just down the road

I have been riding since i was 2 and have loaned 7 ponys and owned 1 my mum is the one that im trying to convince she started hacking out by herself at 13 but obviously shes a bit hesitant because the roads were alot diffrent years ago and she doesn't want anything to happen the yard manager is also a bit wary but im very sensible and hack around the farm in the fields etc by myself and occasionally go down the road to meet up with my friends
