:DSpent the day today at the yard, re spraying our old rice trailer, looks very very smart now! And of course played with Donovan in the school, although we have a colt in the field next to the school, and he is finding playing with him much more interesting!:D:rolleyes:
Yesterday was good but tough at times. We took Don out in the trailer for a longer trip out, as we are going a bit further to a show next sunday. Driving along, we were suddenly at the site of the accident. I have only been past it a couple of times, but I felt ok. So we drove round the route I last went with Benson, past the field we had a good canter in out on our last hack (and coincidently was the field that he spent a lot of his younger life in) and it was good to remember. :)
So to those who are struggling with recent departures, I can assure you that time does help. I couldnt see it myself this time last year, but it really is true. x

Aww, I bet that was really tough but well done for feeling positive things too, shows you are healing a bit, Benson would be very happy to know that. I am sure Donovan must be helping too :) Good luck at your show.

That is good news.:) Things do get better with time but your loss was especially hard I am sure. Wishing Donovan good luck next week - we will need pics:D

What a lovely post. Had a tear in my eye reading that last bit. You have been so brave considering all you've been through. It's nice to hear you can go to the old places and have happy memorys. I keep hoping i'll have that one day and you've just given me alittle more hope so thankyou so much. :)
Good luck at the show next weekend and yes we need lots and lots of pics of the little cutie. :p :D :D :D :D
