Horrah! Bit of info : I bought him a month after he turned 5. It was obvious he'd had no schooling. The lady before me had owned him 2 months before deciding to sell him. He constantly head tossed, was on the forehand and broke into canter every 5th stride (by canter i mean a "wooo lets go hunting!" mad gallop around the arena - certainly brushed away any cobwebs!) . I was told he'd "been popped over a jump". He had absolutely zero manners on the ground (span around me, kicked out and reared when being led. Also was like a horse possessed when tied up!) The vet who vetted him warned me he was "definitely not a child's pony" (should have seen a red flag!) BUT.. just a few piccies to show that yes, the hard work and patience DID pay off!
