Yes but I'm a Teacher so I still have marking and planning to do. I had a lesson yesterday with one horse which was fun but my youngster who I had lots planned for has a sore mouth, her teeth need doing and she has become very hooky over the last three or four days. Dentist is booked for his bi annual visit next Monday and can't come any sooner so all my plans are down the drain BOO. Sorry probably haven't cheered you up at all!

oh well, sounds like your half term is nearly as bad as mine (if that is possible).

hope your horse makes a quick recovery (tries to put on a brave face and thinks about poor cat)

Yes I am, but I'm an LSA. Also am no good at cheering you up, my young horse has damaged her back very badly so this is a very dull half term for me as I had so much planned. Why do you need cheering up?

Yup I'm a midday supervisor lol. Love my job as it means I'm at home with my kids in the hols but still get to ride - weather permitting of course

our cat went down the woods saturday (i think) which is normal seeing as they back onto our house.

anyway a freind was walking her dogs yesterday (coming back from the woods) and told us that her friend had seen a black and white cat fitting in the woods on a fallen tree. well we thought it was ours, but thought that it may not be so left it to see if she came back. but she didn't, so we went round to our friends house and asked where the cat was seen fitting. she told us so we went and had a look. after 10/15 mins of looking in the area where we were told she was we decided to give up. but as we were walking back home i happened to look down, and there she was, dead. she was pregnant as well and she was due any day now.

mum thinks that she was hit by a car, and went down to the woods to die peacefully.

this has been a cr@p half term because we lost one of our rabbits on sunday

Me too, I'm a teacher but I can't ride at the moment because Daisy has a sore back and we are waiting to go to the vets on Thursday. There must be someone out there that is having a good half term

Sorry to hear about your cat - its horrible when that happens.

I am a teacher and my half-term has been really nice so far, although as always it is going to quickly! - my only moan is the fact that Diva has still not recovered from seconditis

Miness going badly aswell, my best friend's horse has a Sesamoid indury and everyone else on the yard works, so im having rather alot of gamess out riding on my young anglo arab, who just happens to be best friends with the indured horse. And who hates hackingg alone. At least mine are all sound and healthy thoughh. Good luck 2 all the induriess. X

How awful about your cat. I'm sorry your half term isn't going well.
I am another teacher so I am supposed to be doing the kids reports right now but I keep getting distracted by HHO!
So far my half term isn't going too bad - I have managed to ride a fair bit although I didn't ride on Mon due to the wind. I have got a lesson booked today. I have to hack there so hopefully the rain will hold off!
