Halloween costumes (horsey/non horsey)

Hiya guys
I am going to a halloween party on 29th oct, and I am trying to think of a costume that I can wear pref something that i can make cheaply/with general things I will already have or by cheaply... Was also thinking something horsey maybe, just can't think and thought of all you creative people!

Wigs are great, really transform an outfit and are quite cheap.
