Hampshire Peeps - what would this rent at ?

I'm thinking of renting out my 4 acre field with natural shelter and water as I don't really want big involvement in horses anymore. I have a couple of ponies but I have other space for them.

Its close to the main yard with mains water and electric on site. Also very close to main equestrian centres but no school on site although a couple of neighbours have them so may rent them out. Landlocked so secure and owners on site for any emergencies.

Am not sure what to do tbh whether just to rent it out as a whole or to individual liveries but with them comes the hassle of other people's horses which I know sounds un charitable but I want to spend time with my own.

I think the price it would make would depend whereabouts you are, and what the area is like. Both in terms of how affluent the area is, and how good the hacking, etc.
