Big congratulations to Pinkweasel!
Nikita also foaled just before 2am without any human intervention, she gave birth to a lovely tall bay filly by handel. This is only her 2nd foal so am a very proud mum and granny this morning. Both mare and foal are doing really well.
Just got a few photos of her this morning but am dead excited about taking loads more tomorrow out on the grass if the weather is better.
Name still not set in stone but we think she will be named Rossini and rossi for short.

Thankyou everyone. She is kinda huge isnt she! She makes my mare look fairly small but shes 16.1hh,maybe the angle. I have bred her with the intention of keeping her, providing I can do her justice. On her other hand she is also partly my father in laws so we'll have to see what the future brings, should she prove to be as talented a jumper as her sire she may have to go to better use. Who can say fairer than that?
