Hands free on horseback

While out walking today, a woman rode past us speaking on a phone hands free.

Does anyone know what sort of kit would need for this? Have looked on Amazon but it's confusing.

I don't know for sure but probably a Bluetooth thing that goes over your head? not sure it would stay on that well with a hat though? sure she wasn't a crazy bat who was talking to herself?

If would be a Bluetooth ear piece. Looks like a hearing aid.
