Hands up, are you 'Sad' like me?

Have just returned from a 2 day conference in London, ok it was interesting and beneficial to me professionally and we had a lovely hotel and lots of nice wine and food, but I missed my horses! Hubby and daughter picked me up from the train station and all I could ask about were the horses - did she hack my boy out and did she put his rug on tonight, plus did he eat his tea etc ......... Hubby just looked at me and called me a totally 'Sad', daughter just raised her eyebrows.

I bet I am not alone ......... are you all just as 'Sad' as me over their horses?

I pay £50/week for 'part livery' which, as my OH pointed out last week, should mean I do my horse 'part time' (since he came back down to Dorset I have been going to the yard at 530 every morning (45mins) and back there at straight after work every evening (2-3hrs) - so not very part time at all )

...Deciding OH had something of a valid point I text YO on Sunday night explaining that I would be giving up my AM visits and would only be down in the PMs from now on...

I lasted one day. One.

I text YO on Monday night to explain that going to work without seeing my horse was totally awful and I would be resuming my AM and PM visits from tomorrow morning

OH said he has given up hope

Yes im "sad" to.

My husband drives past my horses field on his wat to and from work. He does a variable shift pattern, i ask him every day if he could see the horses and what they were doing and where were they! Even if he is passig them at 2 in the morning and doesnt really stand a chance of seeing them!!!

I worry about my horse even when I arrange for someone to feed them at night if I cant make it i have to ring them to make sure he is ok! I am so sad I just hate leaving him for someone else to finsh but as I am college two nights a week I have to do it! I dont even like it when I am away on Holiday I worry about him toooo much!
