Anyone remember the post I put on here a few weeks ago bemoaning my £80 call-out fee? Well, today Molly needed the vet again - last night she decided to open the gate into the hay store, smash some pallets and pick up a nail in her hoof. (And thankyou Sally, my barefoot trimmer for alerting me immediatly) So I called my previous vet, who gave me sensible first aid advice, then came out and gave her anti tet and penicillin jabs and charged £50 for the whole lot. Sorted!
