Pointless post, but I wanted to mark my 9 year owniversary of my coblet Bonnie :D

She's a retired pet but seems happy to be living the easy life and she's a joy to spend time with. I promised her a home for life when I bought her as a green as a twig 6yo and that's what she'll have. Getting up at 5.45am everyday is hard, but she's worth it!

So a big thank you to my girlie - a proper mud monster who loves to check out pockets (gently of course) who loves a good scratch and I know I am biased but most people who meet her think shes lovely as she really likes to interact with you.

Here's to many more years together :D :D I love her to bits <3

She has arthritis in her rear stifle. Every time she's bought into work she suffers some degree of low level lameness. It's heartbreaking so I bit the bullet and I took the decision last summer to totally retire her. I would rather have her in my life for as many years as possible as s a pet rather than a shorter working life. She's totally happy and as long as she remains so I am happy for her to be a field ornament. :D
