So the first half hour of my day was spent slogging through the muddiest bits of the field (it had to be didn't it!) in horizontal rain and freezing cold wind trying to catch horses that were having a great old time running around like nutters all because my mum's horse started a riot by deciding to go for a gallop, which the rest of them thought looked like great fun! 
During the course of the day we kept the rain and freeze you where you stand wind with intermittent splashes (litterally!) of snow, sleet and hail.... think my friends would think I am a bit strange because I couldn't be happier!
Gotta love the horses, nothing else gets me out of bed at 7am ha ha!
