What you're looking for is basically what everyone else is looking for! I know, coz spent a whole (frustrating) 18 months looking for it!
If you want a REALLY bombproof genuine sort of horse, you might need to be prepared to pay round about the £3,000 mark. Seriously. With the idiots who're on the roads these days, these "happy hacker" horses are like hens teeth to find and sellers know they can ask that sort of price and probably get it.
The other piece of advice I'd give is to insist on a vetting; there are a lot of "happy hackers" out there who're being trotted on hard tarmac and it all comes home to roost round about the 9, 10, 11 yo mark.
I've got a little youngster (profile pic) who IS bombproof, so they DO exist ....... but sorry she isn't for sale!!! I'm way too soft over her!
