currently horse is on a handfull of molichop after he has been out for an hours hack - at walk. I was thinking about putting some of this in his feed instead of some of the molichop.

How much roughly does a bag cost? and his hooves are a bit rubbishy, so does it have any biotin etc in it?

I used to use Ozzi chaff (manger mix) again a chaff with nuts in, that also has biotin and other useful stuff in it. It is less tha £5 for a huge bag.

Or just use molly and get some biotin supplement to add in it.

i dont think happy hoof has biotin in it, but my pony has it and he likes it. i just use it as there are lower calories in it than there are in molichaff.

i also recommend allen and page's slim and healthy which has more hard feed in it compared to happy hoof.

i have also used happy dieter which is very similar to happy hoof and that is good too.

my pony didnt like dengie hi fi lite very much as that is very plain.

My ponies have Happy Hoof - it's £7.99 a bag. It has a few nuts in it too to make it a bit more interesting.

I used to use Dodson & Horrell HiFi Lite. That's a good one too.

Mollichaff Hoof Kind. Cheaper than HH, cereal free ^ contains biotin & magnesium.
