Happy hoof // Meadow sweet

not heard of meadow sweet, but Happy Hoof is a feed designed for laminitics or ponies with poor hooves - it's very low starch, low calorie, high fibre alfafa, and has added biotin and stuff for feet. Hope that helps sm x

If you are talking about Baileys Meadow Sweet, then this is a mix with some Alfalfa chop added to it. It is completely different to Happy Hoof. Happy Hoof is a chop with Fibre pellets which can be used as a chop to add to feed or a complete feed. It is also approved by the Laminitis trust where as Meadow Sweet is not.

If you are thinking of using these then your best bet is to speak with the nutritional helplines both companies have to find out if they are suitable.

Thank you :) I already use happy hoof and a friend mentioned meadow sweet so just wondered what it was! Already emailed the experts ;)
