Sorry - really self indulgent. but I'm still on a high.
Since my horse has been back in work we've done lots of pole work and recently popped the odd jump at the end of our flatwork. He's got a loose show so I couldn't hack as planned this morning so I decided to build us a small course we could play about with.
We both had the most fantastic time! Boo was watching me move the jumps and was full of himself before we even got into the school. We both need a bit more practice to get our eye in as we haven't jumped properly for nearly a year, so we had a couple of dodgy strides but he was just ace. He was so full of himself he tanked off on his way to the field (a sure sign he's getting too big for his boots) and I had to do some work on the ground with his before he was allowed out.
There is a local show on over easter, so hopefully we will get an outing soon.

Anyone else having a good day?

Good for you, sounds like you had fun!

Just went off for a hack this morning with my Mum on her pony as the weather is rubbish in Kent! It was nice to get out though, and the neds were great.
