Well after what can be classed as one of the worst years of my life, losing 2 horses. I've just been to Somerford farm ride on my new horse Thomas and had a blast, he was a star to load and behaved really well. Bottled out of jumping but maybe next time.
Owning a horse is now a pleasure instead of heartbreaking, long may it continue.

Thanks Rockysmum lol, I will learn to put them on myself one day. He is a gentle giant, apart from when he keeps dragging me & running off. He is damn strong and he knows it
