Hi all, i’m moving to a yard where they harrow the fields to spread muck, but don’t seem to rest the field. It’s one herd all ponies are in the same fields, then a winter field for again all the ponies to share.
Just wondering if anyone else is on yards where they harrow muck and don’t rest fields?

You mean the YO harrows around grazing horses? One way of getting them used to machinery!
If there’s no break in the cycle of grazing, then you will have to routine worm, and pay close attention to essential nutrients and minerals in your horse’s diet. That grass is likely to be quite depleted and sour.
