Hartbury JAS

Some of you may remember I posted the other day about someone getting (I think) a score of 1 at a JAS competition - Good on them! I think BB's knew her.

Anyway just had a look at Hartbury Jas to see the winner finished on 0.1!!!!!!!

then 2nd and 3rd were on 0.2 and 0.3, is this a mistake or real! I mean maybe they deserved these scores but is it even in the rules to be able to score that low!! and o score below 1! This must be basicall PERFECTION! Am just amazed, good on the girl though, something us mere mortals could only dresm of!!

Who was the girl do you know?? I know Kate Rocher has my friends horse on loan Morphus II And she did quit well at the JAS and I think she went to Hartpury.

At Arena UK today they were being very tough with the marking. Saw a couple of pros get single figures (7's or 8's) apart from that was all in double figures.

Bee got a 14 which gave her a decent placing.

Yes just looked it was Kate Rocher at Solihull Jas but not on my friends horse she was 12th on him.

It was Althea Bleekman but the first 4 all had 0.5 or below

Not much hope for ordinary mortals methinks! But the marking does seem to be pretty variable depending where you compete - at Osbaldeston the lowest score was 8. Just as well everyone will be judged by the same team of judges at the finals.

Althea does have a pretty amazing position as do her siblings! Got a picture of Katie I think it is though when she was caught a bit unaware by a long stride

Althea Bleekman makes me sick with jealousy! I can only dream of having that much talent and ability! She is a superbly natural rider and is pretty hot is all 3 phases especially SJ.

She's also a nice girl and was very helpful to her younger sisters when they were little.
