Hartpury Livery

Hi everyone , just wondering if anyone has any opinions or not on livery at Hartpury (im going there to study) ? If so what do you like about it and what do you not. Also any recommendations for freindly livery yeards nearby the college would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I shan't comment on livery within the college as I haven't experienced it myself but I would enquire about the amount of turnout the horses actually get ( if that's important to you.)

There are plenty of yards locally - the nearest ones get full pretty quickly. In terms of turnout and facilities, I can recommend Fairfields Stables, just the other side of Newent.

I've known a couple of students who kept their horses on livery at the college and turnout was extremely limited. Suited one horse well, but the other horse couldn't cope and they had to send her home.
