No, you can get decent english leather full sized Comfort bridles for about £40 on Ebay, so wouldn't bother with just the headpiece TBH.
 
Crikey! I bought a full size comfort bridle which was lush for £55. It was English leather and had a crank noseband and beautiful padded headpiece. Can't think for the life of me what make it was now. That seems a tad expensive. I also bought a Treadstone padded bridle which is exquisite in English leather for £90. Shop around.
 
I would no way pay that much for just a headpiece ooh er
