Normally by now, all my Christmas cards are written and sent, my pressies wrapped and delivered....and I'm rolling comfortably down to a week off work after Christmas!

Instead, the cards are still sitting there in their box. The pressies'r still in the cupboard, and I know I'm going to be too busy this weekend to sort them...and I can't be bothered either

I feel like inviting my friends & family round, and just telling them to help themselves from the Christmas cupboard

I'm exactly the same. Was determined to be organised this year, brought most my presents/cards/wrapping paper by early november and have none nothing else since! Still need to finish off bits of shopping, write cards & wrap presents.

I'm determined to finish shopping next week & have a 'wrapping night' with mum & a few bottles of wine

I've got it - bad.

Too much 'christmas' going on at school (Nativity/pantomime/costumes/party planning/cards etc) for me to be doing Christmas at home.

I'm usually all done by the end of October - seriously organised.

I'm getting lazy in my old age...and finding that every time I blink, it's Christmas time again!!!

have caught the c b b itis!!! deep mud, rain etc. and i hate christmas and new year! so much fuss for 1 or 2 days with a roast dinner!! i fel it is completely consumer led.

I've got it, but with my school work which is not a good thing...

I really need to pull my finger out, it's only about a month until my exams start and I haven't done any work for the last two weeks.

I used to be organised when my son was younger but now xmas does not give me the buzz it used to.
This year i bought my son a motorbike for xmas and his birthday combined as he needed transport to get a job, i will buy him some more pressies so he as something to open on the big day.
But for those with little kiddies enjoy the festive period of them bouncing around at 4am because it does not last i now have to drag my son out of bed on xmas day.

I'm completely out of control this year. Normally I have all my gifts by mid November due to
a pathalogical hatred of heaving shops, not being able to park and all
those things. This year I still have shopping to do and haven't even
bought the cards yet

let alone written them!

I think something is wrong with me, am strangely organised this year. Just have pressies to wrap now. Worse still, I have an uncontrollable desire to bake a chocolate cake - can't remember the last time I made a cake. I'd rather have the itis!

I am generally unorganized every year and don't start my shopping until the last week before christmas. However this year I have been very lazy and done it all online which has worked out worse, now presents are taking ages to turn up, I am loosing count as to what has turned up, been dispatched, will arrive late. Argh I cannot be bothered with it any more. I am not sending Christmas cards out this year, too much hassle

Thankfully the majority of my items are ordered from Play, so they come in a cardboard box........maybe I shall just forget about the wrapping up as well

I love Christmas! Cards are written and posted. Presents are bought and wrapped. Decorations are up. Food is ordered (Sainsbury's delivery).

All I have left to do is bake the rest of my presents, and post my parents parcel (as I won't see them over Christmas).

Oh totally - I'm normally organised and excited about Christmas but with the year from hell just about to be over I'm just trying to keep my head above water! lol!

Told my friends though and they are ok with a 'less than festive friend' this year on the promise we make my birthday (end of Jan) a good one!
