Has anyone ever bought from prequestrian?

I wanted a Wintec Wide saddle and after doing lots of market research on price, came across Prequestrian on ebay. They appear to have shops, take telephone orders and sell on eBay with 70000 odd positive feedbacks. The saddle I wanted was brand new out of the warehouse, the newest model and £100 cheaper than anywhere else! I clicked the buy it now button and received an email to call them as they like you to speak to a saddle fitter before purchasing a saddle) Gave me a further £22 off the price for buying over the phone (bit naughty I thought as avoiding eBay fees, but I got a better deal) I asked for next day delivery (should have come yesterday) but it never came.
I have my fingers crossed it will arrive today and I am not complaining as I called in the afternoon so the man said he would do his best to get it to me yesterday but no promises.
The whole experience has all been a little strange and just wondered if anyone else has used them?
 
Thats great news. Just couldn't understand how the price was so much less than anywhere else! The man was very helpful on the phone and fitted the saddle with the gullet I required so I cant wait for it to arrive! I think my problem is impatience! x
 
I've bought loads of Weatherbeeta rugs and a wintec saddle from them for Mum's horse. The saddle wasn't suitable and I sent it back, refund no problem, use them all the time and although I once had a next day delivery take 2 days, that was the only problem.
Good value delivery too - max £6.95 I think for as much as you can order!
 
Thats excellent news :O) The man did say they would also refund it if it wasn't suitable. Makes you wonder though how one company can charge so much less for something...

agreed.
They are very responsible.
Used them loads. I've had great service from them and when I ordered a hat they called to check I was sure about the size as they don't exchange hats if you order the wrong size. That's because I could drop it while it's in my care and it wouldn't be safe to resell.
 
Yes, several times. They're brilliant; excellent customer service. When I lost my foal they let me return her rug no questions asked and were also really sympathetic.
 
I bought a pair of Dublin chaps from them via eBay, they were too small so they said they could either refund me or send me a bigger pair. Opted for the bigger pair and they were with me within 10 days of me sending the original pair back. I'd use them again.
