I keep seeing these advertised and would be really interested in taking part in one. I'm a supporter of The Brooke and like the idea of doing something fun and challenging while raising money. So has anyone ever done one, where, who for and what was it like - I think I'd be on my own as friends may struggle to raise the funding, but I assume in a small group of horse friendly people I'd find someone to latch onto!

I done a charity ride for BHS in Jordan. It was the most amazing experience of my life and loved every moment of it. Dont get me wrong it was hard going sometimes but was 100% worth it!! Would def recommend it to anyone....

Haven't done the ride, but have always fancied the Viking Challenge in Iceland - have ridden in Iceland 5 times and it is fantastic - came home with a horse though, so be warned!

I haven't done a charity one but I did go to the Okovango Delta in Botswana and to Tunisia to camp out and ride into the Sahara. I think you would soon make some new friends on a charity riding trip.
