With any success?
My mare is coming on beautifully & we seem to have come to an agreement about things but she occasionally does things that make me think she is a bit bonkers.
Yesterday I turned my other horse out before her, (a regular occurrence) this seemed to trigger some sort of stress reaction & she then proceeded to squeal and violently bronc & kick the wall. She wasn't being aggressive or stroppy, she was geniunely stressed out. she was sweating & pooing, when I went over to her she was affectionate but genuinely worried. This is a new symptom, but an example of how erratic she can be.
I have put it down to being just 'her', but I sort of feel I might be missing something. She has been checked by a vet (Short of having a CAT scan), so I wondered if it was worth getting someone a bit 'alternative' in.
I am cynical about it all tbh but I do feel like there is a piece of the jigsaw I cannot get to. Anyone had any good experiences?
