as above really looking for a straw alternative which will be more absorbant. and this is a very good price.

Only in my chicken coop, it gives a good solid bed but tbh it absorbs very little liquid. The chips are also quite sharp so personally I wouldn’t use it for my horse as she’s a princess. It is competitively priced though and has minimal dust.
