Has anyone got experience of learning to drive horses and where to buy kit etc?

as thread title really...I have a number of horses but have only ever ridden a couple of the horses have been driven in past and would like to learn, I bought horse with all the gear for driving but regrettably sold it so will need to buy all kit all over again!

Should of got your stuff to wigton horse sales if you wanted driving stuff. There is always loads a driving stuff going in the tack sale

I have taken up driving fairly recently. Started having lessons and progressed from there. Lessons quite expensive, so could only afford one a month, but love it. My boy has now been broken to drive and it opens up a whole new world.

Best web site for bits and bobs is dragon driving - loads of second hand stuff (carriages etc). Also, if you have any carriage driving clubs around your area, join this and members will always help you out. Takes a while to get used to the harness etc, but always books on the subject around. I bought 3 on ebay recently.

Seen loads of driving stuff on ebay. You can get lessons for driving horses.
