Hi,
has anyone got a contract they could be kind enough to send me for renting out a field?
also, any ideas of what should ideally be included in such a contract?
(so far i am thinking, maintence, care of land, water etc, number of horses on land, payment terms, notice period, insurance, maybe a duty of care thing that they must check their horses daily?)
