I did ask before on here and someone responded but I think they thought I meant the dealers Equine Agents in Sussex.

Has anyone heard of her, good or bad, recommended or not etc? PM me if you prefer, thanks

If you haven't heard of her, what do you think of her website/service she is offering?

which service is it you want to employ her for?

all very expensive imo, i am not sure/impressed by her credentials and there are no testimonials as far as i can see?

you could get your instructor to do all of the same for much less money and they will know your riding and requirements far better.

Realise she has to take into account her mileage but seems very expensive to me aswell. Plus, no names of places she has worked etc.

Would have been nice to see that to get a better idea of her credentials

Getting someone else to view a horse is always rather risky, it doesn't matter how much info you give someone...you can't beat trying it for yourself....and getting a full vetting!!!

My only query is over the length of time it would take to carry out the process.
Lets assume you've already told her what you looking for etc.
You find an advert, forward the advert to her, she looks it over, calls the seller with the questionnaire, relays the info back to you. You then decide if you want a viewing, she views it, does (another!) questionnaire, relays info back to you, you would probably then decide to see it for yourself....most horses are sold within 24-48hrs of an advert going up!!!!

One other thought, if you decided to go down this route, I'd strongly recommend watching her ride a number of different horse before you consider using her. You'll need to gauge how good she is and what sort of style she has. She is quiet and let the horse work under her, does she force an outline? Is she confident jumping, can she do a few dressage movements....? (I'm not thinking anything flash, just a bit of half pass, shoulder in....general scholling movements).

Ohh, just an after thought....I don't want to sound rude so please no-one take offence

...this lady is of a slightly larger build, some horses will behave differently with more weight on their backs. She may also find it much eaiser to control some animals than someone who is, for arguments sake, 7 stone.
