Has anyone tried the EA Active game for the nintendo Wii, the one with the personal trainer. And if so does it work?.

I have it, I have been a little bit lax but my OH has been using it a lot and he has lost 4lbs in a week! I think that is more the fact that he spends his night playing on the Wii rather than stuffing his face and drinking beer whilst watching TV though.
I just sit there laughing which is burning off the pounds! We only bought it as we got a controller with it and it was cheaper than buying another controller!
