Has anyone used a bandage roller??

Has anyone ever used a bandage roller to roll stable and exercise bandages... the wall mounted hand type ones?

I want to get one (HATE rolling bandages)!! but want to make sure its not a load of rubbish that wont work, first!!

I cant comment on that particular one but I did use one many many years ago. It was a metal one mounted on the wall in the tack room and looked like it had been there since Adam was a lad....this yard also had a hand cranked chaff cutter so you get the picture!

It worked well enough but unless you have tons of bandages to do its a bit of a toy.

A SJ yard i worked at years ago had something similar and it worked well, took a bit of getting used to but once you were there you would soon roll loads of bandages nice and tight and straight.

No point really, Its quicker to either roll them as your taking them off or roll them down your thigh

Once you get used to it it is much quicker than rolling by hand, so if you hate rolling bandages it's probably ideal. I had one at home but I LOVE rolling bandages so it never got used! A friend of mine had one made by her DIY-obsessed dad, he said it was really easy to make but to be honest they are so cheap to buy that it's probably easier to buy straightaway.
