I wouldn't go near them with a barge pole. Took them 3 months to get their rug to me, during this time I left several messgaes with them and never actually got to speak to anyone and no one rang me back. I always prefer to use equestrian clearance now.

Cheers, that solves the dilemma for me. Actually going to derby house store next weekend and although the rug i want is more expensive from them will buy it whilst i'm there, ta xx

I totally agree with showjump2003, only I'd say don't touch them with someone elses barge pole. If you want a rug for winter 2007 you'd better order it now, and you might just get it in time. Horrendous, horrendous service and no matter how many phonecalls you make it won't get you anywhere.

funnily though, now ive cancelled, ive got a (rare) email back from them saying order has been dispatched AND in comments it says customer has cancelled order, so im not sure if theyve sent stuff anyway ?

Mine said it had been dispatched on the day I paid for it, 12th october 2005, after about 50 phonecalls it arrived on 6th January 2006. So I doubt if its been sent, not unless they've had a bang on the head!

I used to stick up for them but have a very sour taste in my mouth after ordering recently.

Took ages to get through to them. Eventually left a message and their MD phoned me back - what a horrid rude man he was!!! Also said some pretty slanderous things about Equestrian Clearance and told me not to get my information from chat rooms!!!!! I suggested he might like to register on here and defend himself if he has nothing to hide.... anyone see any sign of Morris Walker yet?!
