Has anyone used horsebit bank before?

Is it really that easy? You can trial a bit for 30 days and send it back if its not right?

Do you pay the full amount and they refund if you send it back?

Can someone explain please.

Yes it is that easy! I'm sure I've used them before.
BUT I've been trying to get in touch with them by phone for a few weeks now, the phone is almost always engaged. I have left an answerphone message but got no response. I really don't want to order over the internet as I'm never sure about the security arrangements of small firms.

How does the sending the bit back work?

Bought a bit from there and i was confused aswell, but if your not happy with the bit there are a couple of forms that come with it on trial, fill those in, send it back and they refund.

Pearlsasinger: I bought mine over the internet and everything v secure. At least that was my experience.
