Has anyone used Horsing Around Saddlery recently?

Just had a quick look back at previous posts and saw that a few people had really bad service from there. Has anything changed or can anyone recommend their website as I don't want to waste my time and money if they still have a bad rep.

After my dealing with them, never again! They never replied to emails/phone calls, i was lucky to get my money back via paypal.
