has anyone used hyper drug?

as above really, has anyone used them before? and did you encounter any problems with delivery etc? i bought some wormers a couple of weeks ago, the money has come out of the account but still no sign of the wormers :/ any ideas people?

Never had a problem. Use them a lot. I like how you can pay with Paypal.

Phone their customer service: they're always fab. Then switch to Viovet, who are cheaper.

I would contact them, I use them regular for wormers and for piriton for my horse's allergy, my stuff usually arrives within a few days so it's unusual after 2 weeks.

I once had some linseed oil from them which got damaged in the post, they very very helpful and quick to replace it, customer service was excellent.

Never ever had a problem!

They send you emails when your order is despatched!

Maybe double check to see if your order has been sent and post man pat is delayed!

have been using them for solid 3 years now, as i have 6 ponies, that's a hell of a lot of wormer i've bought from them. never ever had a problem and will continue using them.

I have used them many times without a problem. Have you tried to contact them? Personally I wouldn't have waited this long before calling them, I am sure they will want to know if you haven't received your order.
