Spoke to the people at NAF about autumns hives/urticaria and they have suggested putting her on a course of D-tox to help her shift it? (the cause is unknown and no management chages have occured)

Has anyone used it? did you see any results? I see its marketed as a 'pick me up' as well, thing is, I want the rash/lumps gone but at the same time I dont want her picking up to much n becoming a looney! Might cut the feed right back whilst shes on it.....

The lady who runs the local tack shop where I used to live recommended this to me when my horse had a reaction to midge bites and got some swellings around the bitten areas. Have to say, it worked a treat, I was very impressed. I'd recommend it as something to try, definately.

Yes, on a cob with rainscald with good results. Have also used in the past for a mare that had greasy heel which was difficult to shift on her hind legs. I believe it boosts the immune system. It is worth a try and horses seem to like it even though it has a mild curry smell to it.
