Hi,
Now I've got the all clear after my op to start exercising I'm desperate to shed a 'lot' of pounds :-(. Humbug gets two walks a day of a decent length and I work full time so I am restricted as to what I can do and it has recommended to me that low impact rather than running would be best. I can't do classes due to shift work so have decided that cycling is my only real option. In order to combine the bugs exercise with mine I've been looking at those trailers that clip on the back of your bike. There are a lot of byways and good bridlepaths in cycling distance and my plan would be to cycle to them, then turn him loose to jog steadily alongside.
He is a ten month old J.R. Terrorist so I wouldn't let him run miles.
Has anyone else ever tried them?
Thanks
