Has anyone used Predno Leucotropin (PLT)

Hi - we have a 12 year old dog who has been on PLT for some months because of her arthritis and sacral lumbar issues. Would be interested to hear if anyone has used it long term and if the dog experienced any side effects.

I think we used them on our Old English for hip dysplasia. She was on them for years with no apparent side effects. She died of old age at 11 (and I think a broken heart when her pal died at 15).

yep..my 7 year old whippet is taking it at the moment...shes on a whole one in the morning and half in the evening....and no side effects..my whippet had spinal cord damage last year and her hinds legs has started to goes stiff especially with this colder weather , she s a unhappy dog when off them
