I have bought 2 of them. Can't remember exactly which - something like basic warm up and working from behind. The warm up one was ok but it didn't allow enough time for me to do the exercises before moving on - and my horse is 17hh so has long legs! The other session was probably a bit too advanced for me and not really possible on a slippery grass school. I like the idea of them but didn't work as well as I'd hoped. Worth a try to see what you think though.
