As title really... I ordered a bit at the beginning of July which they took the money for but then emailed to say it was out of stock and on 4 week back order. I asked to cancel the order, bought one elsewhere and they sent an email saying I would be refunded but 6+ weeks later I still haven't been refunded despite lots of phone calls and emails. Appalling customer service! They just keep telling me there's only one guy working in accounts and he is always in meetings. All sounds a bit dodgy really so hoping others might be able to tell me they have used them and were fine and they really are just going through a bad patch...? The bit was only £24 so not bank breaking but even so every little helps and all that!
