I looked on there a while back when looking for a saddle. They offer a try and return policy or something? No first hand experience with them im afraid, but id be interested to hear if anyone else has. Sounds like a good way to try second hand saddles without the expense of saddlers fees.

A friend of mine used it and borrowed some saddles to try. As far as I know she had no problems.
