em, surprised at what? that Pippa's not on the team? i think if she'd managed a top 5 place at Badders she would probably have been, but it all went pear-shaped unfortunately. Ensign just isn't the same class as Supreme Rock and Primmore's Pride, i think.

err why? Her top level form isn't as good as others' at the moment and bar Ensign, she has no other advanced level horse

she's something like a 3rd reserve. I'm surprised shes even that high. her form has been awful at top level in the last 3 years. I doubt ensign will ever get past hunstmans at badminton seeing as he fell there this year are two years ago.

I agree with why she isnt on the team. She isnt on top form just now. Shes had the odd fall at the past few events which you really cant have at the Olympics! You need the safe people.
